Ordering True Sapphires How does ordering and ring sizing work? As soon as you place your order, we prepare the stone and setting of your choice for fitting. We send you a plastic ring sizer to find out your approximate size. You tell us what that is by email and we then send 3 metal sizing rings to determine your nearest half size, thus ensuring the perfect fit. When will I get my sapphire jewellery? Once you have finalised your ring size by email, delivery takes place within 4 weeks by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will inform you when your sapphire jewellery is to be delivered. What do I do with the sizing rings you sent? Please return all sizing rings in the prepaid envelope supplied. How can I be assured of getting genuine sapphires? True Sapphires offers you the option of buying sapphire jewellery with a laboratory Sapphire Report. That way you are asking a leading independent gemologist to assure you of your purchase. Does True Sapphires deliver beyond the UK? At this moment in time, True Sapphires only delivers jewellery within the UK. What about cancellation and refunds? Because all True Sapphires jewellery is bespoke, True Sapphires regrets it cannot cancel orders. We will replace or repair damaged or faulty jewellery providing the damage or fault was caused by us and you have returned the jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, notifying us in writing of the damage or fault.
